Old Lexington Trace Storage Building Guidelines

1. All outside “storage buildings” must be “stick-built”, non-modular on a permanent foundation.

2. Exterior walls must be masonry, hardi-plank siding, or vinyl siding.

3. Roofs must be of gabled and matching shingles like home. (No flat roofs)

4. Any side of building, which may be seen from any road within OLT, must be landscaped with shrubs.

5. The architectural control committee must approve all plans and designs.
