Speed Limit
Please always obey the speed limits. There are children at play!

Street Parking
On street parking is strongly
discouraged. On the occasion that on street parking is necessary, please
make sure that your vehicle is parked in a safe location as to not cause
an accident; especially those who are at the entrance and the top of hills.

Neighborhood Watch
Buyer Beware
A neighbor reported solicitors going door-to-door trying to sell "Thomasville” furniture
out the back of trucks. By researching Thomasville Furniture online, the
neighbor discovered that this is a scam. Thomasville
Furniture proclaims that they do not sell furniture out the back of trucks.
The police was called but unfortunately nothing was done to stop these
solicitors. This furniture could possibly be stolen or counterfeit, so
purchase at your own risk! “No Solicitation” signs are posted
at the entrance, so please feel free to point this out to the solicitors.
The signs are merely a deterrent, so solicitors are not required by law
to abide by them.

Have you looked at your vinyl siding lately?
Is it covered with mold and mildew?
Please keep your vinyl siding looking good
by getting routine pressure washings. It will not only make your house
look good but the entire neighborhood!
