Neighborhood Email Listing

The response to the email listing was minimal, therefore, your Interim Board of Directors have decided to continue distributing flyers by hand. Our website is under construction and once completed will be used to facilitate the distribution process.

Reminder:

Protective Covenants for Old Lexington Trace - Item #16: Automobiles, Trailers, Boats, Etc. (last sentence) states:

NO OPERATION OF MOTORIZED GO-CART, OR ANY OTHER RELATED FORMS OF TRANSPORTATION DEVICES SHALL BE ALLOWED.

Our neighborhood covenants are intended to protect your investment and your cooperation in adhering to them would be greatly appreciated. If you do not have a complete copy of the covenants, please contact Bob Leiter at 543-7333.

Yard of the Month

Congratulations to Robert and Karen Wells of 220 Lexington Circle who are the winners of the Yard of the Month contest for the month of May!

Judges for the month of June are Gay Gandrow, David Lamm, Sue Leiter, and Robert & Karen Wells. The four criteria used in judging will be: Neatness, Landscaping, Weed Control, and Color. Remember the contest will be held the last Tuesday of months June – September.
