Homeowners’ Association Dues

Reminder: Don’t forget to pay your dues!

FY05 dues are set at $89 per house. This money will be used to maintain the entrances and improve the subdivision. We are encouraging everyone to pay because we all will benefit from these services.

Please make checks payable to Old Lexington Trace Homeowners’ Association, and deliver or mail them to Lauren Fleming at 180 Lexington Circle .

Upon payment of your dues, you will receive a copy of our neighborhood directory.

Maintenance of Your Lawns

Please remember that your lawns should be kept in a neat and pleasant condition at all times (grass mowed & edged, debris removed). If there is a reason why you can not abide by these standards (serious illness or death) please contact one of the board members to inform them of your situation. A Neighbor Assistance Committee has been established to help homeowners during difficult times.

Committees

If you would like to be a part of the Neighbor Assistance Committee, Events Planning Committee, or the Walking Club, please call Venessa at 227-3953.

Yard of the Month

**Congratulations to Bill and Janet Chrisohon of 220 Ridge Run Crossing who are the winners of the Yard of the Month contest for the month of May!**

One yard per month will be selected during the months of June through September. The criteria used in judging are: neatness, landscaping, weed control, color, and grass establishment. Homeowners who have not paid their dues are ineligible to be selected. Selection will be made during the last Tuesday of each month.

We still need more judges. Please call Gay Gandrow at 369-1658 if you are interested.

Street Light

The streetlight at the second entrance has been installed. A big thanks to Joseph and Brenda Green for letting us install this on their property.

Speed Limit

We have too many speeders. Please always obey the speed limits and instruct your guest to do the same. There are children at play!
