Homeowners’ Association Dues
Reminder: Don’t
forget to pay your dues!
Dues are set at $100 per house. This money will be used to maintain the
entrances and improve the subdivision. We are encouraging everyone to pay
because we all will benefit from these services.
Neighborhood Email Listing
To reduce the time it takes to deliver flyers, we have
decided to have a neighborhood email listing. Please send your email address
to oltemails@yahoo.com by May 8th. This is a temporary email account that
will be closed once emails are collected.
Complaint
Several complaints have been made regarding dog owners
leaving their dog’s excrement on other homeowner’s property.
County ordinance states:
Section 4-1-6 Removal of animal wastes.
(a) It shall be unlawful for the owner or keeper of any
animal to refuse or fail to immediately remove any feces deposited by such
animal upon public sidewalks, public streets, public parks or other public
property in Athens-Clarke County.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit,
or permit to be deposited in any unsanitary manner on private property
within Athens-Clarke County any animal excrement.
Violation of this ordinance could set you back a maximum
of $1,000, so please let's be courteous and bag our dog’s poop.

something (business cards, coupons or products) to the welcome packets
